How long will my order take to ship?


All canvases are made to order, and fibers pulled. Please allow up to 14 working days for your item(s) to ship. Most of the time orders will ship before this time frame. Once the order ships, you will receive an automatic e-mail providing tracking details. If you would like an update before this, please get in touch. Thank you for your patience--we think the wait is worth it!


How long will it take to arrive once shipped?


Lead Time (Fedex & UPS)


1-3 working days (once shipped)

Rest of World

7-14 working days for the rest of the world (once shipped)

Please understand that delays are sometimes caused by customs or the courier. Please be patient with us if your item does not arrive within this time frame. We will provide tracking details where available. Please note that the USPS does not provide detailed tracking information once an item leaves the United States. 


What couriers do you use?


We will use either FedEx or the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Within your shipping cost is a tracking number and insurance.

We will make sure your canvas is neatly rolled or packed flat to keep it safe during its journey.

Shipping FAQ:


Q. Damages?

A. We will make a claim with the courier and send you a replacement.  We will require you to send the damaged package back (and reimburse you for the shipping cost) in order to process our insurance claim with the courier we used.


Q. Can I get a refund or exchange?

A. You have 30 days from the ship date to refund or exchange your canvas with the following requirements: Custom Canvases cannot be refunded under any circumstances except postal damage which must be reported to us on arrival. Goods returned must be authorized for return by email first, prior to sending them back. Goods must strictly be returned within the 30 days from ship date to you, no exceptions. Goods must be in their original condition, unopened, unused and arrive to us in "as new" condition. Goods that are damaged, opened, missing items or without existing packaging will be subject to cost of missing items + restocking fee of 15%. 


Q. Will I pay Duties / Fees?

A. If you are an international customer ordering a product from the United States, please be prepared to pay for your country's customs fees. These vary in expense and are beyond our control.


Q. Do you combine shipping?

A. Yes, shipping is per order regardless of size. Please see the rate table above.
